Reception

General information regarding the hospital services, consultants, registration of patients, OPDs and admitted patients is available at the information / Reception desk, located in ground floor, main lobby just opposite to entry gate inside hospital. Information regarding hospital tariff can be obtained from the same desk.

Pharmacy

Laboratory

We have implanted SOPs for
1: The pre-analytical stage (Blood sampling, sample preparation).
2: Analytical stage (programming, calibrating, quality control testing and running the test).
3: The post analytical stage (validating and reporting of the result).

Hospital has its own canteen, which provides reasonable prices, food, beverages, etc… to visitors 24 hours.

Masjid

Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is the homeland of all Muslims. RMC understands this issue and specified special place for Masjid Sharif in its compound. Masjid Sharif is with the capacity of 200 prayers in one time and Imams are available to imamate patients during five times of praying.

Royal Medical complex Hospital is backed by fully equipped accident and emergency department for emergency and trauma patients, which is open 24 hours with the backup of RMC Ambulance service.

Parking

RMC have facilitated clients and patients to park their cars in wide and safe area.

Royal Medical Complex Hospital is located in green zone of Kabul, the outer security of the area belongs to government, and the hospital has own qualified security who are providing the security of to hospital 24 hours. Security guards check individual’s entering hospital, and checks all vehicles which are to park inside hospital premises.
